Giving a name for ourselves

Our school year starts roughly in 2 1/2 weeks! This will be our first official full year of homeschooling our kids. We are in the midst of coming up with a school name for us! We are all super excited about what we will call ourselves. However, this task is becoming quite a challenge! There are no rules to what you call your school... We have made our own rules, which has given us limitations. Hopefully by two short weeks we will have a name for our school and even talk mascot and colors (just to be super fun)!!

Many Blessings to YOU!!!!

Some of our Curriculum

For our 4 year old we will be using http://www.abcmouse.com/home for several of her school work. Along with LOTS of hands on activities. She loves to get messy. Hands on is PERFECT for this one! She is currently learning to read!! Woot-Woot!! So blessed to instill the love of reading at an early age!

With our 7 year old we use http://www.mardel.com/Math-3-Homeschool-Kit-318618.aspx for Math.
. Reading/Language we are using this! We are SO looking forward to using this curriculum this year http://site.totallanguageplus.com/shop/ !!

We were also very blessed that he LOVES to read and read at a very early age!! Contribute reading skill fully to my hubby!
Our oldest will also be going through this series. The Christian Liberty Nature Reader Series is designed not only to improve a child's reading skills and comprehension, but also to increase understanding of and delight in God's wonderful creation. Children can trace the glory of Christ in all of nature, as it reveals God's eternal wisdom and power.

Here are just a very FEW key items that we will be using. As we go I will continue to share our homeschooling adventures!

Many Blessings to YOU!!
